I’m Harji Sidhu — a passionate civil engineer turned Realtor® and entrepreneur based in the vibrant Kitchener-Waterloo area. With a background in engineering and project management, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking to real estate, custom home building, and luxury renovations.

 

My journey began like many international students — working hard in trades like landscaping, roofing, drywalling, and tile installation. These early hands-on experiences gave me a deep understanding of the construction process from the ground up — knowledge that’s not typically taught in Engineering or Management programs. I leveraged this practical experience to help grow my last company to over $6 million in revenue in under four years, combining business strategy with on-site expertise.

In December 2023, I founded my own construction company, surpassing $1 million in revenue by the end of 2024 — a milestone that reflects the trust my clients place in my work. With over 8 years of construction experience in Canada — spanning custom homes and low-rise/mid-rise buildings — I know what it takes to deliver exceptional results. My combined 10 years of experience in supply chain management and lecturing at a polytechnic college allows me to simplify complex processes for my clients, ensuring they feel informed and confident every step of the way.
